Although she initially took a turn towards academia and even dabbled in a little restaurant biz at Burt Reynolds’ Backstage Restaurant, life took a twist when motherhood came calling.

After pausing her scholarly pursuits to focus on family, a global pandemic hit, and like many, she found herself reassessing what truly mattered in life. It was during this time that her love for history was rekindled, leading her to put plans in motion to share that passion through guided tours.

Once the idea popped into her head, she wasted no time. By December 2022, plans were unveiled to the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority, who showed immediate enthusiasm for her ghost tour concept. After some research and planning, she officially kicked off the tours in February 2023. From spooky tales to cultural highlights, Storied Paths offers a variety of experiences.
