The new development will feature a grand total of 16,500 square feet of space across two buildings, which will include a medical center, affordable housing, and a conference center.

The CEO of Bond Community Health Center has expressed strong feelings about the necessity for a space dedicated to men’s health. This center aims to provide not only primary care but also specialized services including counseling for fathering and grandfathering, as well as urology care. Mental health services addressing trauma will also play a crucial role in the facility’s offerings. Although the center will support all men, there will be a particular emphasis on the health of Black men, recognizing the importance of tailored healthcare solutions.
