Bradley’s Country Store, located at 10655 Centerville Road in Tallahassee, Florida, has been a cherished family-owned establishment since its founding in 1927. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places, the store is renowned for its homemade smoked sausage and stone-ground grits, both crafted on-site using traditional methods.
The store’s origins trace back to 1910 when Mrs. Bradley began selling sausage from her kitchen to the local community. Over time, the enterprise expanded, leading to the construction of the current store building in 1927. The complex now encompasses 17 structures across 31 acres, including a grist mill, smokehouse, and sausage processing plant, all contributing to its authentic country ambiance.
